At The Glossary, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through my doors the best possible service I can offer. That is why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience.
I understand emergencies do happen, but please keep in mind this is my livelihood. I do require 24 hours notice for cancellations. That way it can give me enough time to fill that slot with another client.After two no shows, I will elect to require a credit card deposit on future bookings.
